MINERAL OIL BASED RUST PREVENTIVES

DESCRIPTION :

These RUSTOP OB products are specially formulated rust preventives that contain mineral oil and rust inhibitors to offer a high degree of rust prevention and lubrication as well. These grades could be used for both short term & long term protection.

APPLICATION

RUSTOP OB 11 is heavier oil and offer good rust prevention and lubrication of gear boxes, hydraulic mechanisms, cycle frames, films, handle bars of cycles and press components. The film can be easily wiped out by rag or by solvent / alkaline degreasants. The protective film that is formed is good lubricant for press drawing of metal parts, in which case the film need not be removed.

RUSTOP OB 12 forms oily protective coatings. Industries manufacturing steel sheets, precision steel tubes, sheet metal components, sewing machines would be ideal user. The most popular method of application for this grade is by spraying.
